Deepen Your Practice
Go beyond the basics and integrate the subtle, powerful layers of yoga that are missing in most trainings. This module bridges ancient wisdom with embodied experience, helping you understand yourself and your students on every level: physical, energetic, and spiritual.
You’ll explore:
- Learn Functional Anatomy, including the 20 joint actions and 18 key muscle groups used in asana, so you can practice and teach with confidence, knowing you're doing what's best for your body even as you change throughout life.
- Learn the energetic effects of yoga, including the 6 bandhas, the 7 chakras, and the 18 energetic effects that are possible in every yoga technique, so you can practice and teach with deeper meaning and intention.
- Applied Ayurveda to balance your doshas, align your practice with the seasons and cycles of life, and integrate yoga as a daily form of holistic self-care with a special focus on digestion, sleep, and energy regulation throughout all stages of life.
- Applied Vedic Astrology to express the dharma written in your Vedic birth chart, do practices to bring out your gifts and harness the energies of each planet.
This module will help you connect the dots between body, breath, energy, and purpose, so your practice not only deepens spiritually, but also supports real-world needs like restful sleep, healthy digestion, and resilience against burnout. You’ll see how the modern yoga teacher holds a special place in society, blending the care and emotional insight of a counselor, the anatomic precision of a physical therapist, and the big picture vision of a spiritual guide.

Teach Great Classes
The best teachers are the best students. The best way to fully embody what you learn in yoga is to teach it others. This module gives you everything you need to lead powerful, purposeful classes with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Whether you want to teach just yourself, in studios, online, retreats, or your local community, this final module ensures you’re fully prepared; as a student, a teacher and as a business owner, if you desire.
