About today's class: I recommend you have at least a year of experience with Vinyasa yoga before this class. Lots of intermediate and advanced options while flowing through a strong practice. We'll do some work to release tension in the legs and hips and some work to strengthen your upper body. Time with Inversions, what i called a "mindful balancing sequence," wheel, crow, eka pada galvasana and other level 2 to level 3 poses. No props required but a block may be helpful.
